Literally hundreds of LGBT people on this site: mogai
culture hurt me and prolonged the time it took for me to work out my identity
because the microlabelling system reinforced my internalised
homophobia/transphobia. whilst some people do find the system helpful it needs
to be managed more effectively and we need to acknowledge that over analysing attraction
is most often not healthy and can do a lot of damage

Pro mogai:
um?? First of all, that wasn’t MY experience so none of this has
ever happened to anyone ever. secondly, wow. thanks for calling my identity
inherently homophobic you bigoted fucks

this has got to be THE least self aware post i’ve ever seen

us: micro identities help us and having more identities available to us has helped so many of us to finally find an accurate description for how we experience attraction or gender and it has been a huge relief after misidentifying for so long because there was just no language to describe what i was experiencing

y’all: impossible. i thought i was nonbinary once and i almost died. you need to hide your useless identities from any questioning people because i’m allergic to self reflection and accepting that misidentification happens to everyone and that doesn’t mean it’s the label that’s bad but rather my own self centered thought processes leading me to “if i thought i was this identity and it turns out i wasn’t then that’s your fault for being that identity im not”

i am literally nonbinary. Incredible
